Privacy notice
This notice explains what we do with personal information submitted through blumontez.com.ng. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.
Who we are
Blu Montez Limited operates this website. You can reach us at blumonteznig@gmail.com or on +234 901 442 9744.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, and optionally your company, email address, phone number, the capability you are interested in, and your message. Our server also records the IP address a submission came from, which we use to limit automated abuse of the form.
We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or third-party scripts. There is no cookie banner on this site because there is nothing to consent to.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry and to carry on the resulting conversation. That is the only purpose. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing.
Where it goes
Submissions are emailed to us and stored in a file on our web hosting, which is provided by DreamHost and is not publicly accessible. Access is limited to people at Blu Montez who need it to reply to you.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and to maintain a normal business record, then deleted. If you would like your enquiry removed sooner, ask us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act you may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it. Email blumonteznig@gmail.com and we will deal with the request.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS, so what you submit is encrypted in transit. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, and please do not send commercially sensitive operational detail through a web form — call us instead.

If this notice changes we will update it here.
