Assessment only
We assess, we write it up, we hand it over. You are free to act on it with your existing provider, your own team, or nobody. Useful when you suspect there is a problem but cannot yet describe it precisely enough to procure against.
How we work
Any provider who can quote your security before walking your asset is selling you a package, not a solution. Here is what an engagement with us actually looks like, stage by stage, and what you should expect to receive at each one.
The five stages
Each stage has a defined output. If you cannot see what you received at the end of a stage, the stage did not happen.
We visit. We walk the perimeter, drive or survey the corridor, look at the access points, read the incident history and talk to the people who actually run the site. We look at what is already installed and establish honestly how much of it is working.
The assessment becomes an integrated protection plan. Technology, personnel, procedure and community engagement are designed together rather than bought separately, because the point of failure is almost always where they meet.
Nothing goes live until it has been tested. Equipment is installed and commissioned, personnel are recruited, vetted, trained and briefed on this specific site, communications are proven end to end, and the command structure is stood up.
Day-to-day delivery against the agreed plan: monitoring, patrolling, access control, community liaison and incident response. Everything that happens is logged and attributable, and the log is yours.
A security arrangement you cannot measure is one you cannot manage. Reporting is written, regular, and specific enough to act on, and it includes the things that went wrong.
Ways to engage
Three common starting points. The first two are genuinely useful on their own, and neither obliges you to take the third.
We assess, we write it up, we hand it over. You are free to act on it with your existing provider, your own team, or nobody. Useful when you suspect there is a problem but cannot yet describe it precisely enough to procure against.
We design the protection system and deliver the physical and technical elements — infrastructure, automation, control room — then hand over to your own security operation to run.
Full lifecycle. We design it, we deploy it, and we run it against agreed service levels with regular reporting. One accountable party for the whole chain.
Working together
Protection arrangements fail as often on the client side as the provider side. These are the things that, in our experience, decide whether a programme works.
Fair warning
Some things get promised in this industry that should not be. So that there is no misunderstanding later:
Start a conversation
Describe your assets, your operating environment and the risks that concern you most. We will come back with an integrated protection approach — not a price list.
